AI tools are already in most organisations, often before anyone decided who owns them. The question is no longer whether to use AI. It is who decides what it may do, what data it may touch, and who answers when it gets something wrong.
1–2 WEEKS · PRICE ON REQUEST
We look at where you stand, where the opportunities are, and what stands in the way. The first journey covers one process area.
From there we build that first use case into production, with clear ownership, testing and documentation, or you stop. Both are fine outcomes.
For the AI journey we use Operient, a platform for AI investment decisions. Every opportunity is scored on the same five questions: is there a real problem, where AI helps and what stays with people, what must be in place, whether it pays off, and whether to do it now. Each one ends in a clear decision:
Assumptions and the capability snapshot are kept on record. When AI capabilities or your operation change, the assessment is re-scored and shown next to the previous one, so you can see what moved and why.
Operient is a separate company that shares a co-founder with Kritavi. About Operient →

Not: building our own AI models, or AI strategy without a plan you can execute.
Thirty minutes with a founder about where you stand. No obligation. If we can help, you get a written proposal with scope, duration and price.
