How we work

Measure first, fix what matters, then measure again

We don't start with a tool. We start by finding out where you stand, in writing, against a standard you can hold us to.

The method

Four steps

  1. 01Baseline1–2 weeks per platform, 2–4 across the organisation · from €6,000 excl. VAT

We map your obligations, owners, controls and evidence against the Standard. You get a Baseline scorecard for the board, findings with named owners and deadlines, and a 90-day plan.

  2. 02Decidewith you

We agree what to fix first, what it will cost, and who owns it. If a simpler solution or a system you already own does the job, we say so.

  3. 03Build and fixfixed scope, price and date

On builds we lead, you see working software in your own instance every two weeks, shown to the people who will use it. Documentation, tests and training stay with you.

  4. 04Re-measurequarterly · Standard retainer from €3,000 / month excl. VAT

We run the Baseline again each quarter and track findings to closure, with a named founder on call for design decisions. The board sees a trend, not a snapshot.

The Standard

Eight domains, twenty-five controls

Kritavi's own standard. Every control has a named owner and produces dated evidence.

What a Baseline covers

01 — Obligations

Which laws, standards and internal rules apply? For example DORA, ISO 27001 and data protection.

02 — Accountability

Who owns what, and who actually answers for it?

03 — Controls

Which controls are defined, and do they operate?

04 — Evidence

What shows that they work?

05 — Priorities

What must be fixed first?

Choosing the tool

We start with the problem, not the tool

Before you choose, buy or replace a system, get an independent view first.

ServiceNow

When scale and regulation call for it.

  • A scoped start. One process first, such as incident or change management, so the value shows early.
  • Implementation. IT service management, governance, risk and compliance, and an employee service portal.
  • AI solutions. Built within an approved scope. Our ServiceNow work →
A simpler solution

When it does the same job.

  • Needs and process design. Tool-independent, so you own the result whichever system is chosen.
  • Comparison and selection. A neutral assessment against scope, cost and regulation.
  • A requirements specification. Ready for tendering or contracting.
What you already own

Often enough.

  • Licence and module review. What you pay for, what you use, and what you can switch on without buying more.
  • Clean-up. We remove what blocks upgrades and drives up running costs.
  • Ownership and governance. Who owns the system, who decides, and how change is controlled.
